My second most favourite moment of the day is whenever I’m sleeping (the first is, without any doubt, whenever I’m eating). After a good night’s sleep, I can always benefit from an energy recovery and a less obstructed mindset. Many pieces of evidence are starting to pile up supporting the necessity of sleep. However, despite these indications, heaps of people keep omitting it as a valid health component. Sleep is not only essential to recuperate from tiredness, but it also fundamentally impacts many aspects of your lives that you may not be fully comprehending. As a recent undergraduate and graduate student, I got the opportunity to notice first-hand a trend toward neglecting sleep as a necessary measure to succeed. Not only is this strategy not really helping in getting better grades, but it also may affect your memory and learning performances in the long run.

Bring Up Pain – Where all of this hurt comes from

It’s hard to imagine a life without feeling, but we can all imagine a life without pain. People would all agree that it does sound dreamy. Without pain there is no suffering, and without suffering there is only happiness and joy, right? Pain experts would absolutely not agree with that statement. They have realized the importance of pain in our life, and especially its importance in our survival. Without pain our life expectancy would significantly drop, making even the success rate of reaching adulthood drastically low. This is because when we injure ourselves, the only thing stopping us from injuring ourselves further is pain. Without pain, we just wouldn’t know what to avoid. Thus, getting to know the mechanistic and origin of pain is a must. This is why I created this article so that anyone could understand. Relying on experiences, we can all understand this complex machine. Now the only thing missing is for you to read this article and enjoy.
